Non-recourse simply means Interim Funding Inc. can only paid if you successfully complete your case.  You have no liability.  We call this a “win-win” business decision.

Q.But what about my credit?

Your prior credit is never an issue since Interim Funding, Inc., bases its decision strictly on the pending litigation. And, the advance will never appear on the credit report.

Q.Do you provide legal advice?

Please know that our services are strictly financial; we provide no legal advice. The results of your litigation are in the hands of you and your attorney.We simply provide an interim funding solution.

Q.When is payment due on the advance?

Payment is based on the successful conclusion of the case. Payment will be made by your attorney upon the successful completion of your case.
